This brand was born in my kitchen, built on memories, faith, and a love for real food. I grew up watching my mother turn cassava and banana into warm, soft beignets we called “Accra Banana.” That joy stayed with me.
Years later, I began crafting cookies that were playful, flavorful, and mindful — made with regular flour and oatmeal, and only 33% of the sugar you’ll find in most cookies.
What began as kitchen experiments became a community favorite. My church family tasted them, loved them, and encouraged me to share them with the world.
